Overview

• Our Photo Contest campaign is based on the theme of enjoying wonderful winter days with Sylvanian Families and winter themed Sylvanian Families to enjoy with family.
• From all those who applied, under careful consideration we will choose a winner and they will receive the prize.
• For those who wish to apply, please follow our official Sylvanian Families UK Instagram account and hashtag your posted pictures with #SylvanianFamiliesWinterWonderland or #SFWinterCompetition to enter the competition.
• Please refer to the Submission Terms below.

Submission Conditions

• Living in the UK and over 16.
• Have an Instagram account.
  * The application will be invalid if your account is deleted.
  * You will not be eligible for selection if your Instagram is a private account.
  * The application will be invalid if you cannot receive DMs to your Instagram account.

Prize

• 1st prize… Style & Play Bundle: Pony's Stylish Hair Salon, Pony's Hair Stylist Set, Pony Friends Set & Princess Dress Up Set
• 2nd Prize… Pony's Hair Stylist Set

Submission Method

1. Please read the Terms & Conditions thoroughly and ‘Like’ the post expaling these on our official Instagram. This will be considered as agreement with the T&Cs.
2. Follow our official Instagram "@sylvanianfamilies_uk"
3. Take a picture that would be thematically related to Sylvanian Families as it was noted in the Application Term.
4. Hashtag "#SylvanianFamiliesWinterWonderland" or "#SFWinterCompetition"
   * Please check your hashtags before post.
5. Application completed.
   * You are able to post as much as you want.

Choosing Winners

• From all those who applied, under careful consideration we will choose a winner and they will receive the prize. The announcement of the winners will be shown on our official Instagram. The winners will receive a DM from our official Instagram and will be requested to send their contact details. (Name, address, phone number etc.)

Application Agreement

• Those who are willing to Epoch Making Toys Ltd compeititon, please agree to the terms below.
  From your ‘Like’ in our official Instagram post you agree with the Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these agreements, please cancel your submission.

1. Eligibility

1. The applicants must be living in the UK and over 16 years of age. Any caretakers who find their family member underage of 16 applying, please delete the entry.
2. The applicants must have their own Instagram account.

2. Entry Period

• The application period is 1/11/2022 - 30/11/2022 at 23:59pm

3. Entry Method

• You must go through these steps in order to apply.
• Step1: Follow our official Instagram [@sylvanianfamilies_uk]
• Step2: Post your pictures on Instagram and hashtag as below↓
  #SylvanianFamiliesWinterWonderland or
  #SFWinterCompetition

4. Precautions and Guarantees

1. Those who cannot agree with the agreement are not eligible.
2. If you edit the hashtag after posting the photos, we might not be able to find your post.
   To prevent that from happening, please make sure that the hashtag is correct when posting the photos.
3. You will not be eligible for selection if your Instagram is a private account.
4. If you do not follow the guidelines below EPOCH will void the applications and the prize.
• If the entry account is deleted
• If you do not follow our official Instagram
• If we cannot DM you
• If you violate the regulations of this agreement
• If EPOCH finds a fraudulent activity
5. It is not permitted to transfer or lend the right to apply or receive an award to a third party.
6. We shall not support any issues nor responsibility and expenses for all telecommunication device, software and other equipment that has to do with applying for the campaign.
7. The applicants shall declare to EPOCH that he/she has the legal rights to post the posted data, including the submitted image and that the posted data does not infringe any rights of the third party.

5. Liability

1. EPOCH will not be held responsible for the caused issues due to the failure of confirming the agreement.
2. EPOCH will not be held responsible for any fraudulent act committed by the third party impersonating the applicant, unless EPOCH is intentional or negligent.
3. EPOCH will not be held responsible for any emergencies such as software/hardware accidents, fire, electrical power outages, deterioration of the communication environment, earthquakes or any other incident that occur during the campaign.
4. EPOCH will not be held responsible even if a dispute arises with the third party regarding the application for this campaign
5. The information in this campaign may change without notice.

6. Prohibited Matters

• To apply for this campaign, the following acts are prohibited.

1. Acts that violate the law or the agreement.
2. Acts that interfere with the operation of this campaign.
3. Acts that cause inconvenience and disadvantage, damage or discomfort to others and EPOCH.
4. Accusations of EPOCH and others or damage their reputation and credibility.
5. Acts that infringe or may infringe on EPOCH and others intellectual property rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, honor rights, and any other rights.
6. Providing information, advertising or soliciting for the purpose of profit.
7. Acting against public order and morals.
8. Acts EPOCH deem that are contrary for the purpose of this campaign.
9. Acts EPOCH deem malicious or inappropriate.
10. Other acts similar to the above.

7. Application Image/Photo Guidelines

1. The application image must be taken using the Sylvanian Families product.
2. The application image must be taken by the applicant.
3. The application image must be an image never used in advertisement or other campaigns.
4. The application image must not be the images as below:
• Images using any characters other than Sylvaninan Families.
• Images with contents that do not match the world view of Sylvanaian Families.
• Images against public order and morals.
• Images that infringe the third party’s copyright, portrait right, etc.
• Images that are prohibited and applicable to those above.

8. Regarding the use of application images

1. By uploading the application image, the applicant will approve and accept EPOCH and the EPOCH group (‘’EPOCH Group’’) of the irrevocable, free-of-charge usage of the application image worldwide. The applicant will approve and accept EPOCH Group to the right of reproducing the application image, display, publish exhibit, distribute, screen, publicly transmit, adapt, etc. free-of-charge.
• The announcements of results and advertisement of the campaign implementation and contests hosted by EPOCH Group.
• Websites and official SNS accounts that are managed, used, sponsored, participated or published by the EPOCH Group.
• Events, exhibitions (including EPOCH’s facilities), printed materials, sales promotion materials, advertising materials, etc.
• Branding marketing, promotions, etc. implemented by the EPOCH Group.
2. The EPOCH Group may sublicense the right of use to the third party for the usage above.
3. The EPOCH Group may modify and use the application images.
4. The EPOCH Group may disclose or undisclosed the applicant’s name or account name.
5. Applicants shall not make any claim of rights to the EPOCH Group based on the moral rights of the author.
6. The EPOCH Group shall not be held responsible in the events of a disputation with a third party regarding copyright or other subjects of the application image. Applicants shall handle and resolve the disputation on their own responsibility.
7. The copyrights of the images, videos and audio produced by the EPOCH Group in this campaign belong to their creators. In addition, the EPOCH Group may edit part of the application image if the image violates portrait rights or copyright laws.

9. Award and Prize delivery

1. Grand Prize winner and 9 2nd prize winners will be selected from the application entry.
2. The prize may be deleted if we do not receive a reply from the winner within a week after the announcement of the award.
3. If the prize cannot be delivered due to such reasons as incorrect entry of the address, improper contact details, the right to win the prize will be invalid.
4. Prizes will be shipped only inside the UK.
5. The right to receive the award is once per person during the application period.
6. Arrival of the prizes may delay for unavoidable causes.
7. The prizes and schedule have a possibility of changes.
8. The rights to the prize belong to the individual and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash to the third party.
9. Winners are fully and solely responsible for their personal tax liability on receipt of prizes. Acceptance of the prize will mean the winner agrees to release EPOCH from any such liability.

10.Handling of personal information

• The personal information you provide will be used for the purpose of managing and publicizing this campaign, such as making contact regarding this campaign, sending prizes, managing applications and announcing winners. Please refer to "Privacy Policy" for the processing of personal information. The application image will be used after deleting data such as location information contained in the application image.

11. Others

1. EPOCH may cancel or postpone this campaign or change the content of the campaign.
2. For not using any term or conditions of these Terms, EPOCH will not constitute a waiver of those rights.
3. The compeititon including these Terms, shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and all disputes relating to this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the London District Court of the UK.
